Notes
- It is best to arrive on island on the Friday or early Saturday prior to racing commencing on the Sunday
- On Saturday the boats for overseas crews will be drawn at the RBYC. The rest of that day will be for boat preparation and a practice sail if required.
- If you arrive on a midday flight on Saturday you will only have limited time for boat prep and practice.
- Racing normally runs until about 3:30 or 4pm, depending upon the course and weather forecast.
- Overseas crews generally depart on the Saturday or Sunday following the final day of racing, unless they decide on an extended stay.
- The J24 Class generally have a sponsor drinking establishment which will warmly welcome overseas and local crews - we will let you know where that is closer to the time.
- The RBYC will allow you to set up accounts for the duration or race week so you can charge any drinks at the RBYC to that account during the regatta.
- The RBYC has set up a Race Week section on their website
